Malee Powell, human and canine massage therapist and Kinected Canine owner, grew up with animals, like many in animal professions do. Malee started in the world of horses. Horses helped her grasp concepts of movement, joint health, optimal conformation and things along those lines. Annie, Malee's first dog, wormed her way into Malee's heart and prompted Malee's way into the dog sports' world.

Cadence is a five year old border collie, with her own chronic pain journey. Kinected Canine needed a task master, and Cadence never fails to fill that role! She keeps us on our toes with the combination of her serious work ethic and her early-onset neurologic and orthopedic issues. We are always working to strike the balance, and she has taught us so much!

Dibz is our brand ambassador and is the newest member of the crew. He joined us right before the world shut down in March 2020. This guy is quite the active athlete. He has a big vibrant personality, and keeps Malee engaged in the dog sport scene. Malee has had a fun time working on husbandry and massage skills with Dibz from a young age, and he helped her learn additional ideas for her clients!
